If you aren’t satisfied or have problems with assembly, we’re here to help! Please send us an email at help@lowtechtoyclub.com
For returns, you have 30 days to return any items to us. It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received, we’ll refund your purchase to the original form of payment received.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at exchanges@lowtechtoyclub.com
Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
